If you are not satisfied, contact us at contact@qbrains.gr within 30 days of your first payment for a service and we will refund that payment in full – no questions asked.

What is covered

The first payment of any new subscription (monthly or yearly).
One money-back request per customer.

What is not covered

Renewal payments after the first 30 days (you can cancel anytime to stop future renewals).
One-off services already delivered (e.g. app development, directory submission, event production).
Accounts terminated for breach of the Acceptable Use Policy.

EU consumers

If you are a consumer in the EU you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. By asking us to activate the Service immediately, you acknowledge that you will lose this right once the Service has been fully provided; our 30-day guarantee still applies.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are made to the original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
