Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the services offered under the brand StreamWithQ (“we”, “us”), a division of Qbrains, operated by Qbrains – Aslanidis Iraklis, VAT EL116718017, GEMI 042670206000, Parmenidou 4, Ano Toumba, 543 52 Thessaloniki, Greece (email: contact@qbrains.gr, phone: +30 2312 315318). By ordering or using a service you accept these Terms.

1. Services

We provide internet radio hosting (SHOUTcast/Icecast with AutoDJ), live video streaming, video on demand hosting, 24/7 web TV playout and related services (“Services”), as described on our website and in the plan you select.

2. Account and order

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. An order is completed when payment is confirmed. Radio services are provisioned automatically; video services are activated by our team, normally within one business day.

3. Fees, billing and VAT

Prices are shown excluding VAT. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled and are charged through our payment processor, Stripe. EU VAT is applied according to your country and VAT status. If a payment fails, we may suspend the Service until the balance is paid.

4. Fair use and limits

Each plan includes limits (listeners, bitrate, storage, bandwidth, channels). Where a plan is described as “unmetered” or “fair use”, usage must remain consistent with a typical station of that size. We may contact you to upgrade if usage persistently exceeds the plan.

5. Your content

You are solely responsible for the content you broadcast or upload and for holding all necessary rights and licences, including music licences from collecting societies. You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Availability

We aim for 99.9% monthly availability of our network, excluding scheduled maintenance and events beyond our reasonable control. Service credits apply only where an SLA is explicitly included in your plan or contract.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account; the Service remains active until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate Services for breach of these Terms or non-payment. After termination, content stored on our servers may be deleted after 14 days.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost revenue or lost audience.

10. Changes and law

We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes by email. These Terms are governed by Greek law; the courts of Thessaloniki have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country.
