Not happy? Contact contact@qbrains.gr within 30 days of your first payment for a plan and we refund that payment in full. One guarantee per customer; one-off services already delivered (e.g. migrations, app builds) are excluded.

14-day right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

Consumers may withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving reasons. To withdraw, send us a clear statement (for example by email). If you asked us to start the Service during the withdrawal period, you pay only for the days used.

Cancelling a subscription

Cancel anytime from Plan & billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period; we do not charge again.

How refunds are paid

To the original payment method within 14 days (usually 5–10 business days), with a Greek credit note issued automatically.
