Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Vidblee when you use our streaming platform.
Last updated: 1 October 2026
Vidblee is a service of StreamWithQ, a division of Qbrains, operated by Qbrains – Aslanidis Iraklis, VAT EL116718017, GEMI 042670206000, Parmenidou 4, Ano Toumba, 543 52 Thessaloniki, Greece (“we”, “us”). Contact: contact@qbrains.gr · +30 2312 315318.
1. The service
Vidblee provides live streaming, video hosting, 24/7 channel playout, radio streaming, podcasts, multistreaming, monetisation and related tools (“Services”) as described on vidblee.com and in your plan.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 and give accurate details. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and stream keys secret. Business customers confirm they act for the organisation they name.
3. Plans, add-ons and billing
Prices are shown excluding VAT; VAT is added according to your country and status. Subscriptions and recurring add-ons renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. We charge your payment method through Stripe. We will tell you at least 30 days in advance of any price change for an active subscription; you may cancel before it applies.
4. Usage and fair use
Each plan includes allowances (e.g. delivery, storage, channels). “Unlimited” and “fair use” allowances must remain consistent with normal use of that plan. We alert you at 80% of an allowance and never interrupt a live broadcast because of usage; persistent excess may be billed as an add-on after notice.
5. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. If you ask us to start the Service immediately, you acknowledge that you must pay for the period used until you withdraw. In addition we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee – see the Refund Policy.
6. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you upload or broadcast. You give us the licence needed to host, transcode, store, deliver and display it for you. You confirm you hold all rights and licences (including music, sports and broadcast rights) and that your content complies with the Acceptable Use Policy.
7. Illegal content (Digital Services Act)
Anyone can report content they believe is illegal through our notice mechanism. When we restrict content or accounts we inform the affected user with a statement of reasons and how to contest the decision. Our single point of contact for authorities and users is contact@qbrains.gr.
8. Availability
We aim for 99.9% monthly availability with automatic failover. Planned maintenance is announced on status.vidblee.com. Service credits apply only where your plan or contract includes an SLA.
9. Suspension and termination
You can cancel anytime from your account; the Service runs until the end of the paid period. We may suspend Services for non-payment after reminders, or immediately for serious breaches or legal obligations. After termination you can export your content for 14 days, after which it is deleted (invoices are kept as required by tax law).
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue or audience.
11. Changes, law and disputes
We may update these Terms with at least 30 days’ notice for material changes. Greek law applies and the courts of Thessaloniki have jurisdiction, without depriving consumers of the protection of the law of their country of residence. Consumers may also contact the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman (www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr).
